Support for Game Boy, Game Boy Color, NES, SNES and Sega Genesis games
Anbernic has released the RG Nano handheld game console, which measures 68 x 42mm, making it smaller than a deck of cards. At the same time, the device allows you to play thousands of retro games.
Full details and specifications have not been released, but the company has posted the official video of the RG Nano on its YouTube channel. The RG Nano is Anbernic’s smallest portable device to date.
The video showcases some of the RG Nano’s features, including a “standalone clock feature” for those who choose to keep the console as a key fob. There’s also a microSD card slot and a media player for “lossless quality music playback.” The device received a “textured aluminum alloy body” instead of plastic.

While there is no dedicated headphone jack, the USB-C charging port on the top panel is compatible with headphones connected via a USB-C adapter. The RG Nano didn’t get analog sticks – instead, they have a D-pad, four action buttons, and a pair of buttons under the index fingers.
It is reported that the device allows you to play games for the Game Boy, Game Boy Color, NES, SNES and Sega Genesis.
The console is equipped with a 1050 mAh battery and runs on a Linux-based operating system.
