But there are only three sensors
The source has published new details about the camera of the future flagship OnePlus. As it turned out, the smartphone will have two sensors with a resolution of 48 megapixels: one will be used in the main module, the other – in the module with an ultra-wide-angle lens.

The first sensor is the uncommon Sony IMX586. Perhaps it will be a more modern IMX689, but the source does not have accurate data. But he points out that the focal length of the lens of the main module is 6 mm. For comparison, the focal lengths of the lenses of the main modules of OnePlus 8 and OnePlus 8T are 6.59 and 4.74 mm.
There is a lot of progress for the wide-angle module – after all, 48 megapixels instead of 16. Both sensors will support the mode of combining pixels into groups of 4 – for greater light capture. But in this case, the resolution is reduced to 12 megapixels. There is no data on the third module: a monochrome sensor or a low-resolution sensor for macro photography.
Other specs of the OnePlus 9 include the Snapdragon 875, 8GB of RAM, 65W charging, and a 120Hz (not 144Hz, as previously mentioned) screen larger than the OnePlus 8T.
