Access to the new feature will be available in the “Alias” section of the “Basic Information” section of the Google Assistant settings. It is worth noting that the user will not force the voice assistant to call him a name other than the nickname specified in the settings. A person whose name in the settings is specified as Vasya will not be able to force the Google Assistant to call him Petya.
Another innovation will be context recognition when setting the timer with a voice command. For example, when a user creates an alarm and then asks the Google Assistant to add an hour, the voice assistant will most likely create another alarm an hour later. Thanks to the new functionality, he will learn to understand what the user really wants.
