American streamer and speedrunner Distortion2, in the framework of his next live broadcast, was able to solve the riddle added to the Demon’s Souls remake and receive a well-deserved award.

We will remind them, shortly after the release of the game, they found a locked door hidden behind an illusory wall. There is no dishonest way to get to the terrace behind it – an invisible box surrounds the site on all sides.

As it turned out, along with the locked door, the developers added several dozen well-hidden ceramic coins to the remake – they can only be found in mirror mode with a completely light or dark world trend.

Through joint efforts, the community discovered at least 34 such coins, however, to obtain the coveted key to the Distortion2 door, three dozen were enough – the currency had to be exchanged with a talkative crow.

Behind the locked door, Distortion2 found a set of armor that was missing in the original Demon’s Souls (helmet, bracers, armor, and leggings) of the Piercing – the boss of the location in which the riddle is located.

Developers at Bluepoint Games have already reacted to the finding that united the fan community: “That’s why we make games. We are honored to participate in their creation ”.

The remake of Demon’s Souls was released on November 12th exclusively on PlayStation 5. As the creative director of SIE Worldwide Studios Gavin Moore admitted, a simplified model could appear in the game.
