Vivo announced the conclusion of a direct contract for the supply of smartphones with the mobile operator Tele2. It is expected that this will improve the quality of the brand’s presence in the operator’s range of sales, as well as help joint efforts to promote new technologies.
For about 2 years, within the framework of cooperation between the two companies, Vivo products have been offered in the mobile operator’s network. At the end of 2020, the share of Vivo increased by 69% compared to the previous year in monetary terms. Tele2 and Vivo have also established effective cooperation in the technical part. Vivo devices support VoLTE technology and do not require additional settings from the client. The next step was the transition to more direct interaction in the supply of subscriber equipment, which will increase the presence of Vivo products in the retail of Tele2 and its network, and will also contribute to the active digitalization of the customer base.
