Vivo iQOO U3 Smartphone Equipped with 90Hz Display, Dimensity 800U Chip and 5000mAh Battery

The Chinese company Vivo has unveiled the iQOO U3 smartphone, a mid-range device with support for fifth-generation (5G) mobile networks, running the iQOO UI 1.5 operating system based on Android 10.

The novelty is based on the MediaTek Dimensity 800U processor with eight cores at a frequency of up to 2.4 GHz, an ARM Mali-G57 MC3 graphics unit, and a 5G modem. The equipment includes 6/8 GB of LPDDR4x RAM and a UFS 2.2 flash drive with a capacity of 128 GB, which is not expandable with a microSD card.

The smartphone is equipped with a 6.58-inch Full HD + display with a resolution of 2408 × 1080 pixels, HDR10 support, and a refresh rate of 90 Hz. A small on-screen notch houses an 8-megapixel selfie camera.

The rear camera contains a 48-megapixel main unit with a maximum aperture of f / 1.79 and a 2-megapixel depth sensor. The fingerprint scanner is located on the side of the case.

The device’s arsenal includes Wi-Fi 802.11ac and Bluetooth 5.1 adapters, a USB Type-C port, and a standard 3.5 mm headphone jack. Dimensions are 164.15 × 75.35 × 8.4 mm, weight – 185.5 g. A powerful rechargeable battery with a capacity of 5000 mAh is responsible for the power supply.

The version with 6 GB of RAM will cost $ 230, with 8 GB – $ 260.
