Vivo is preparing a budget smartphone Y31 based on Snapdragon 662
Vivo is preparing for the announcement of the budget smartphone Vivo Y31. The novelty was lit up in the Google Play Console and was also found in the database of several regulators at once, according to the resource Gizmochina.
The smartphone appears in the documents under the model number V2036, and according to Google Play Console, it is running Android 11. It is also reported that the device is based on the Snapdragon 662 chipset with the Adreno 610 graphics subsystem and 4 GB of RAM.
Vivo Y31 is equipped with a display with FHD + with a resolution of 1080 × 2408 pixels and a waterdrop notch for the front camera. Unfortunately, the technical documentation does not contain information about the screen size, the amount of permanent memory, the battery capacity of the device and the configuration of the cameras.
To date, the novelty has already been certified by the Indian regulator BIS, Thailand’s NBTC, Singapore’s IMDA, and has also been registered in the database of the Eurasian Economic Commission (EEC). Based on this, we can assume that the device will be announced at least in the markets of these countries.
