Vivo will soon present one of the first smartphones on the almost flagship Dimensity 1100
The Google Play Console has information about the not yet officially presented Vivo smartphone with the code designation V2072A: the device will use the latest MediaTek processor with an integrated 5G modem.
In particular, it is said about the use of an MT6891 chip with four ARM Cortex-A78 cores with a frequency of 2.6 GHz, four more ARM Cortex-A55 cores with a frequency of 2.0 GHz, and a Mali G77 graphics accelerator. These are the characteristics of the recently introduced Dimensity 1100.
The equipment of the smartphone will include a Full HD + display with a resolution of 2400 × 1080 pixels and a pixel density of 480 PPI (dots per inch). The image of the device (see above) suggests the presence of a dual front camera installed in a rather large notch at the top of the screen.
It is said about the presence of 12 GB of RAM. The operating system Android 11 with Vivo’s proprietary user interface is used as the software platform.
It is not yet clear what configuration the main camera will receive. But it can be assumed that it will combine three or four optical modules with image sensors.
The appearance of data about the new product in the Google Play Console database means that its presentation is just around the corner.
