Warhammer Age of Sigmar: Storm Ground turn-based strategy game released for PC
Focus Home Interactive and Gasket Games have unveiled the turn-based strategy game Warhammer Age of Sigmar: Storm Ground, based on Games Workshop’s Age of Sigmar universe. The game will be released on PC ( Steam ) in 2021, and pre-orders are already open at a price of 1274 rubles (including a 15% discount) and with a digital bonus in the form of three weapons.
This is the first adaptation of the Warhammer Age of Sigmar in the strategy genre. Along with the announcement, the developers presented a cinematic video of the future game: “They are back … Heralds of darkness. Sowers of discord. Conquerors of the lands. But one day the gates of the Heavenly Domain were opened. Our last hope is the Stormcast Eternals. They are retribution itself. Players will become the leader of one of the many unique factions of Warhammer Age of Sigmar – a universe in the genre of dark fantasy, where immortal knights astride star dragons trying to eradicate Death in a variety of realities. Storm Ground is a world of legends, heroes, creatures of hell, and fierce battles.
Users will need to lead their army to victory, fill the ranks with new fighters, improve their characteristics, equip them with powerful weapons, and unlock destructive skills.
A non-linear campaign with multiple development paths is promised. In each playthrough, players will have new challenges, fighters, and equipment. In addition to battles with computer opponents, you can throw your legendary armies against live opponents in large-scale online duels.
