Xiaomi discusses future MIUI 12 innovations with users

Xiaomi announced its development plans on the social network Twitter, publishing them in the form of answers to questions and involving users in a dialogue about possible innovations.

In particular, Xiaomi is considering limiting Wi-Fi usage for system apps. Also covered is an adaptive frame rate or automatic frame rate switching during gaming. We are also working on optimizing the screen recording function. Users were interested in the question of the possibility of notifications about the achievement of a full charge, the company entered into a dialogue on this matter.

Note that Xiaomi is already testing MIUI 12 based on Android 11 for the Mi 10, Mi 10 Pro, Redmi K30 Pro smartphones, while the Poco F2 Pro and Poco X2 are awaiting testing.

Apparently, the mentioned innovations will become part of one of the “cumulative” updates of MIUI 12, and not an update from Android 11. On the other hand, the company has not yet made a final decision on their account.
