Xiaomi introduced a Wi-Fi 6 router CR6606 priced at $ 45
The Chinese company Xiaomi has announced the CR6606 router designed for organizing high-bandwidth Wi-Fi wireless networks in home and office environments.
The novelty complies with the Wi-Fi 6 standard or IEEE 802.11ax. Of course, compatibility with previous generations of Wi-Fi networks is ensured. Supports operation in the 2.4 and 5 GHz frequency bands.
The claimed bandwidth can theoretically reach 1775 Mbps. The novelty is capable of serving up to 128 simultaneous connections, which makes it possible to use it in loaded Wi-Fi infrastructures.
The router is equipped with a dual-core processor with a frequency of 880 MHz, 256 MB of memory, and four external antennas. Implemented OFDMA technology (Orthogonal Frequency-Division Multiple Access).
