Xiaomi introduced today the budget smartphone Redmi 9i, equipped with a 6.53-inch Dot Drop HD + display with a resolution of 1600 × 720 pixels and an aspect ratio of 20: 9.

The device uses a MediaTek Helio G25 processor containing eight ARM Cortex-A53 computing cores with a frequency of up to 2.0 GHz and an IMG PowerVR GE8320 graphics accelerator. The integrated modem complies with LTE Cat-7 DL / Cat-13 UL standards.

The amount of RAM is 4 GB, the capacity of the flash drive is 64 or 128 GB, expandable with a microSD card. A 5MP camera with a maximum aperture of f / 2.2 is installed in front, and a 13MP camera with the same aperture is installed in the back.

The arsenal of new items includes wireless adapters Wi-Fi 802.11b / g / n and Bluetooth 5, an FM tuner, Micro-USB port, and 3.5 mm headphone jack. Dimensions are 164.9 x 77.07 x 9 mm, weight – 194 g.

The smartphone is equipped with the Android 10 operating system with the proprietary MIUI 11 user interface. Power is supplied by a powerful 5000 mAh battery.

The Redmi 9i is priced around $ 110 for the 64GB version and $ 125 for the 128GB version.
