In less than three months, the company shipped another 60 million Redmi Note smartphones
Vice President of Xiaomi Global and Managing Director of India Division Manu Kumar Jain posted on his page about the Redmi Note series’s achievements.
Xiaomi sold 200 million Redmi Note smartphones
To date, more than 200 million smartphones of this series have been sold worldwide. Manu Kumar Jain added that this is definitely one of our favorite smartphone series at the moment.
Less than three months ago, Redmi announced that the Redmi Note series smartphones’ global sales exceeded 140 million units. At the same time, the Redmi Note 8 line became the best-selling one in 2020. It turns out that the company shipped another 60 million Redmi Note smartphones in less than three months.
The series was born back in 2014; then it was called Xiaomi Redmi Note.
