Xiaomi sold more than a million Redmi 12 4G and Redmi 12 5G in 28 days in India alone

This is the company’s new bestseller.

Xiaomi launched the Redmi 12 4G and Redmi 12 5G in India on August 1, and during the first sale on August 4, the company sold 300,000 of these smartphones worth more than $36 million.

Now, the Chinese phone maker has announced that the brand has sold over 1 million Redmi 12 series smartphones in India since its first sale in the Asian country. This took 28 days.

Xiaomi did not disclose how much it cost for models with 4G and 5G support. The Redmi 12 4G was launched in India at $120, while the Redmi 12 5G was launched at $145.

Redmi 12 4G and 5G are similar smartphones with different processors, memory and number of rear cameras.
