The XMG brand brought to Computex 2023 Apex and Pro 16 laptops of the new generation, distinguished by the presence of a vapor chamber.
This solution is already used in laptops, but is very rare. In this case, the element is responsible for removing heat from both the GPU and the CPU. In total, such a CO, supplemented by two fans, is capable of discharging up to 300 W of power.
XMG showed new Apex and Pro 16
At the same time, these laptops, judging by the roadmap, will not be equipped with the most voracious processors and video cards. The base models will be limited to the GeForce RTX 4050 and RTX 4060, and the maximum that you can get is the RTX 4070. As for processors, the choice will be from Ryzen 7030HS, 7040HS and Core i9-13900H.
All new products should enter the market during the third quarter.
