Floating gas stations in St. Petersburg began to accept payment remotely
Yandex has announced the launch of a new Yandex.Guide feature. The remote fuel payment service was launched with Rosneft floating refueling stations in St. Petersburg for yachts, pleasure boats, and jet skis.

According to the press service, St. Petersburg became the first city where remote fuel payment appeared at floating stations at Yandex.Gas stations. You can pay for fuel remotely in one of the Yandex applications – Gas stations, Navigator, or Maps.
Yandex.Gas refueling developers Roman and Artyom Prudnikov noted:
Remote fuel payment is becoming increasingly popular among drivers in St. Petersburg and the Leningrad region. Here 162 ordinary gas stations are connected to the service. Spilling through it in the first quarter amounted to 6.7 million liters. We wanted a convenient and safe payment to become available to owners of small vessels, so we also connected all 5 floating gas stations of the Rosneft network. ”
At the moment, the Yandex Gas fuel remote payment service is operating at 5500 gas stations throughout Russia. In May, the company announced the connection of 3,000 Rosneft gas stations.
