Honor’s first gaming laptop starts at $ 1110
The rumors that appeared in the summer that Honor is preparing a gaming laptop have been fully confirmed – the novelty has officially debuted in China. The head of the brand Zhao Ming presented the device.

It should be noted right away that the Hunter V700 is a full-fledged gaming model equipped with the most powerful Intel CPUs and discrete 3D Nvidia cards of the mid-level and higher level. Even the cooling system is far from the simplest: when you open the lid, the lower part of the case moves apart, thereby providing better airflow. There are two fans, the radiator has 240 fins. And there are even special channels for dust removal!
The laptop is equipped with a 16.1-inch IPS screen with a resolution of Full HD with a frame rate of 144 Hz and 100% coverage of the sRGB color space. The maximum contrast ratio is 1000: 1, the brightness is 300 cd / m2. Due to the very small side frames (4.7 mm), such a large display was able to fit into the dimensions of a 15-inch laptop. The thickness of the case, by the way, is 19.9 mm.
The Hunter V700, like almost any gaming laptop, is backlit (both keyboards and chassis). The set of connectors is decent: there is a 3.5 mm jack for connecting a headset, two USB 3.2 Gen 1 Type-A, one USB 2.0, USB 3.2 Gen 1 Type-C (combined with DisplayPort 1.2), HDMI 2.0, RJ-45.
The amount of RAM in all configurations is 16 GB (expandable up to 32 GB), the amount of SSD is 512 GB or 1 TB. In the basic version of the laptop for $ 1110 – Core i5-10300H and GeForce GTX 1660 Ti. In two other configurations – Core i7-10750H and GeForce RTX 2060, and the difference between them is only in the volumes of solid-state drive: in the $ 1260 version – 512 GB, in the $ 1480 version – 1 GB. Sales of new items in China will start on September 27.
