The youngest will receive a 128-bit bus
Yesterday we learned a little about the mobile video cards Radeon RX 6600, RX 6500, and RX 6400, based on GPU Navi 23 and Navi 24. Today, more details have appeared on the web.
A bit about the upcoming more affordable AMD graphics cards. Details of GPU Navi 22 and Navi 23 revealed
For example, the source reports that Navi 23 will receive a 128-bit memory bus with support for up to eight GDDR6 modules; that is, the corresponding card will receive 4 or 8 GB of memory. For older cards, we can clearly speak of 8 GB. Also, support for DirectX12.1, Vulcan 1.1, OpenGL 4.6, and OpenCL 2.2 is reported, as well as AMD Liquid VR.
The maximum frequency for this GPU will be 2350 MHz, which is less than that of the older graphics cores but still quite impressive, especially if we are talking about a mobile adapter.
There are also new details about the Navi 22 GPU, which should be based on the Radeon RX 6700 cards and their mobile versions. The GPU area is reported to be 334.54mm2, and the number of stream processors is 2560, which is in line with early leaks. A 192-bit bus is also confirmed, which probably speaks of 6 or 12 GB of memory, and the second option is more likely.
