More than two weeks ago, DICE general manager Oskar Gabrielson announced that there would be a full announcement of the new Battlefield “soon.” Judging by a recent leak and a report from the music group 2WEI, the presentation will take place this week.
The official microblog of the mentioned group today posted a message: “Happy Monday! Two new game trailers with our music will be presented this week. ” Naturally, the representatives of 2WEI did not indicate what projects were in question. However, judging by the recent leak, one of them will be the new Battlefield.
A few days ago, a 30-second audio excerpt from the trailer for the upcoming DICE shooter appeared on the Web. The screams of soldiers and the sounds of military equipment were heard in it, but most importantly, the song Run Baby Run by 2WEI and composer Ali Christenhusz was playing in the background. The leak has already been removed, but the author of the YouTube channel DANNYonPC, which collects information about the upcoming Battlefield, told about it in detail.
Perhaps all this is just a coincidence because official confirmation of the announcement has not yet been received. In any case, if Electronic Arts and DICE are going to give a presentation, they will surely announce it well in advance.
