AMD has introduced a software tool called Radeon GPU Detective (RGD). This software is intended for developers. It helps you find and analyze the cause of Radeon graphics card crashes by generating information that helps you narrow down the root causes of crashes.

The tool is designed to analyze timeout detection and recovery (TDR) events in Windows Direct3D 12 applications. The software is compatible with both Radeon RX 6000 and RX 7000. Requires AMD Radeon Adrenalin 23.7.2 driver or later.
