New iPhone SE replaces Apple’s 2017 models
In connection with the launch of the new iPhone SE, Apple has discontinued the iPhone 8 and iPhone 8 Plus smartphones worldwide, including Russia.

The iPhone 8 and iPhone 8 Plus debuted in the fall of 2017 along with the newly-designed iPhone X.
In fact, the second-generation iPhone SE was an improved version of the iPhone 8, which received the design of the iPhone 8 and the performance of the iPhone 11. At the same time, it costs $ 50 less. So the disappearance of the iPhone 8 from the range of the Apple store is quite natural.
However, this cannot be said about the larger and more expensive model – the iPhone 8 Plus. It disappeared from the sale, but Apple has not yet provided a direct replacement for it.
However, despite the disappearance of the iPhone 8 and iPhone 8 Plus from the Apple store, these models are still available from third-party retailers.
