Apple may release single-standard 5G iPhones in 2021

Internet sources have obtained information about the next generation of iPhone smartphones, which Apple will announce next year.

iphone1In the coming autumn, the “apple” empire is expected to show the world the devices of the iPhone 12 family. These will be the first Apple smartphones that support the work in the fifth-generation (5G) mobile networks. They will be able to work with all major bands, be it below 6 GHz or millimeter waves (mmWave).

In 2021, Apple will continue to expand its range of 5G devices. At the same time, according to the DigiTimes resource, single-standard smartphones designed only for the mmWave range or frequencies below 6 GHz can be released.

As for the upcoming iPhone 12 series devices, they will debut in four versions. These are the iPhone 12 (5.4 “), iPhone 12 Max (6.1”), iPhone 12 Pro (6.1 “), and iPhone 12 Pro Max (6.7”). All of them will receive the Apple A14 processor, manufactured using 5-nanometer technology.

The iPhone 12 and iPhone 12 Max smartphones are credited with having a dual main camera. The equipment of the iPhone 12 Pro and iPhone 12 Pro Max smartphones will supposedly include a triple camera, supplemented by a lidar. Younger versions will get 4 GB of RAM, older ones – 6 GB. The storage capacity of the flash drive will be from 128 to 512 GB.
