The team of the popular social network Instagram, owned by Facebook, announced a “big update” of the interface.
The main page has been revised in the application, with two new tabs – Shop and Reels. With the advent of new tabs, their location and other interface elements have slightly changed.

Reels is a TikTok style short video section. Launched a couple of months ago internationally, the service is now becoming a more organic part of Instagram.
In the Shop section, users will be able to see personalized recommendations, special videos, new collections, and so on. The section is also positioned as an easy way to get in touch with brands and manufacturers.
