Biostar B550T-Silver compact motherboard introduced
Biostar has announced the B550T-Silver motherboard based on AMD B550 system logic: the new product is suitable for working with AMD AM4 processors.
The board is made in Mini-ITX format: dimensions are 170 × 170 mm. Thus, the solution is suitable for use in small form factor desktops and home multimedia centers. There are two slots for DDR4 RAM modules with a frequency of up to 4933 MHz (overclocked): the system can use up to 64 GB of RAM.
Supports up to four SATA 3.0 drives and one M.2 solid-state module. The equipment includes a Realtek RTL8125B network controller with a bandwidth of up to 2500 Mbps and an ALC897 audio codec in 7.1 formats.
The interface panel contains HDMI, DP, USB 3.2 (Gen2) Type-C, USB 3.2, a connector for a network cable, a PS / 2 socket for a keyboard or mouse, as well as an audio jack.
Compatibility with the Windows 10 operating system is guaranteed. There is currently no information on the approximate price of the new product.
