Blogger has created a huge Nintendo Switch with a 70-inch 4K screen and it works
Nintendo Switch is a compact console that can be used handheld or connected to a TV via a docking station. Largely due to its ease of use, the console has become popular among gamers. In the meantime, blogger Michael Pick decided to find out if it would be possible to create a huge working version of the Nintendo Switch. He tried to implement the largest version of the console globally and successfully coped with the task.
The video below shows Michael Peak assembling his own Switch. The blogger created a wooden case and equipped the console with a 70-inch 4K screen. And towards the end of the video, he explained how his device works. Inside the massive shell of the console are the usual Joy-Con controllers. Large external buttons activate a mechanism that presses the Joy-Con keys. There is also the Switch itself, connected to a large TV via a docking station. The blogger’s console weighs almost 30 kilograms.
Essentially, Michael Peak hasn’t rethought the concept of the console. He mumbled a massive case, secured it inside the Nintendo Switch, and figured out how to transfer commands from the big keys to the small Joy-Con. The blogger donated his creation to the children’s hospital.
