Capcom reveals new Street Fighter V fighters – Rose, Oro and Akira Kazama
Capcom has released the first gameplay snippets showcasing the characters available in Street Fighter V as part of the new DLCs – Rose, Oro, and Akira.
The mysterious hermit Oro first appeared in Street Fighter III. In Street Fighter V, this fighter holds his pet turtle in one hand and fights with the other (sometimes, however, the turtle moves on his head). This character will be available this summer:
Fortune Teller Rose of Genoa first appeared in Street Fighter Alpha and was the third female character. She uses Tarot cards to empower herself or weaken her opponent. This fighter will be available very soon – April 19.
Finally, another fighter will be Akira Kazama, a guest character from the Rival Schools series who will join Street Fighter V. The video demonstrates Akira’s striking combination of strikes and moves, including one of the V-Triggers in the form of her older brother Daigo appearing. The exact date of Akira’s addition to the fighting game is not reported:
The first character introduced in Season 5 of the game was the joker Dan. Nothing has been reported about another fighter this latest season of Street Fighter V. The fighting is available on PC and PlayStation 4.
