Creative unveils Sound Blaster GC7 DAC with amplifier
Creative Technology has announced the Sound Blaster GC7, its first digital-to-analog converter (DAC) and amplifier for gamers, content creators, and streamers.
The novelty is an external sound card with support for Super X-Fi technology for headphones. This system reproduces high definition “holographic” sound, making it feel like an array of high-quality multichannel speakers are integrated into the headset.
SXFI Battle Mode provides realistic sound, allowing you to understand the direction and the distance to the enemy. Simultaneously, the Scout Mode instrument enhances the sounds of the movement of opponents in the virtual space.
The device is equipped with four fully programmable buttons to associate certain commands, for example, launching quick actions during a live broadcast.
Talking about supporting audio materials up to 24-bit / 192 kHz PCM. An audiophile-grade DAC provides low noise and low distortion.
