D-Link announces the arrival on the Italian market of the high-performance AX1500 (DIR-X1560) and AX1800 (DIR-X1860) routers, both with WiFi 6 technology and optimized for smart-homes, environments in general where there are many devices connected and the bandwidth available is never enough.

With a connection speed of up to 1500 Mbps and 1774 Mbps respectively, the new D-Link routers offer Dual-Band WiFi with up to 4 simultaneous streams which, in theory, should allow you to perform 4K streaming, games and simultaneous video calls without slowdowns or hitches due to grid congestion.

The performance is guaranteed by several features implemented by the manufacturer, among these we find 1024 QAM to increase the transmission speed to all devices up to 25% and built-in power amplifiers with beamforming functionality to increase the range of the Wi-Fi network and reduce blackspots to a minimum.

These smart routers are also equipped with Multi-User MIMO (MU-MIMO) technology and OFDMA (Orthogonal Frequency Division Multiple Access), the signature element of Wi-Fi 6; Finally, remember the TWT (Target Wake Time) technology that allows you to safeguard the autonomy of the connected devices. At the moment the company has not disclosed the prices of the new models, for more information, however, you can consult this page.
