Deathloop turns out to be a temporary console exclusive for PlayStation 5

One of the most anticipated games for the PlayStation 5 turned out to be a temporary console exclusive. This is an adventure shooter Deathloop from the creators of the Dishonored series, Arkane. This became known from the Bethesda Softworks blog.

At the recent launch of the PlayStation 5, Bethesda Softworks and studio Arkane unveiled a new trailer for Death loop and talked more about the game. You can read about this in our other material. In short: the action of the shooter takes place on the island of Black Reef, which lives in a time loop. Local residents are forever young and every day is a holiday for them. The main character wants to end the happiness of the islanders and break the noose.

To do this, you will have to experience this day more than once, dying at the hands of local residents and another guest of the island. Eventually, someday you will explore all the weak points of the targets and find a way to break the noose.

Bethesda Softworks wrote in the official blog that Deathloop will be released on PlayStation 5 in the second quarter of 2021 and will run on consoles in 4K resolution at 60 frames per second. The game will then go on sale on PC. But the publisher added: “The console exclusivity is temporary. The game will be unavailable on other consoles for a year from the date of release
