Musk has been repeatedly accused of manipulating cryptocurrency rates.

The traditional bird logo on Twitter has been replaced with an image of a Shiba Inu dog with a clear allusion to the meme cryptocurrency Dogecoin.

Elon Musk reminded the public of a post from a year ago in which another user suggested that Musk “just buy Twitter” and “change the bird logo to Dogecoin.”

Earlier, the billionaire asked a US court to dismiss a $258 billion lawsuit , in which he is accused of essentially creating a financial pyramid against the backdrop of supporting the Dogecoin cryptocurrency. Elon Musk’s lawyers called the Dogecoin investor lawsuit a “bizarre fabrication” due to Musk’s “harmless and often silly tweets” about Dogecoin.

It is not yet clear if the logo has changed permanently. Musk has been known to frequently use Twitter to troll both his fans and opponents.

Of course, this could not but affect the Dogecoin rate, which soared by 25% in 24 hours and has already approached 10 cents. Before the jump, the rate was less than 8 cents.

Dogecoin was created on December 6, 2013 and has been heavily backed by Musk in the past.
