Ever Forward puzzle adventure to hit consoles by end of June
In its official microblog, Publisher PM Studios announced the release date of the console versions of the adventure puzzle Ever Forward from the Chinese studio Pathea Games (My Time at Portia).
We will remind. Initially, it was expected that the release of Ever Forward on consoles would take place in the winter of 2020. In the meantime, the spring of 2021 is already in the yard, and the game has not appeared outside the PC.
As it became known, the Ever Forward edition for PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and Nintendo Switch will go on sale on June 29 this year. According to a press release, the game will debut on PS5, Xbox Series X, and S on the same day.
On the occasion of the announcement, PM Studios also unveiled a new trailer for Ever Forward. The video lasts less than a minute and demonstrates a cut of the gameplay to a disturbing melody’s accompaniment.
Recall that the events of Ever Forward unfold “in a strange space somewhere between reality and imagination,” where the lonely girl Maya is lost – users need to control her.
The heroine will have to unlock her memories and face her own fears. The players will have to use observation and ingenuity to solve the riddles invented by the developers.
Ever Forward was released in August 2020 for PC ( Steam ). Journalists rated the project 65% out of 100 ( Metacritic ), and Valve’s service has “mostly positive” user reviews.
