Former Rainbow Six Siege Developers Join Amazon Games To Create Online Game

Amazon Games has announced the opening of a new game studio in Montreal, Canada. The company will create an AAA-level multiplayer online game based on new intellectual property.

Among the founders of the studio:

• production manager Luc Bouchard;
• creative director Xavier Marquis;
• head of the product department Alexandre Remy;
• Content Director Romain Rimokh.

Before that, they were part of the tactical shooter Tom Clancy’s Rainbow Six Siege’s core development team. Based on this experience, the new studio will create a project.

“From our first meeting, we felt a connection with the people at Amazon Games, their approach to gaming, and the vast amount of knowledge, experience, and technology available there. This is encouraging, and we are very pleased to open a studio with them, ”Marquis said.
