Full Trailer, Screenshots & Pre-orders: Mass Effect Legendary Edition Coming May 14
Electronic Arts publishers and developer BioWare have announced the Mass Effect Legendary Edition release date, published a full trailer with screenshots, and opened pre-orders.
Contrary to recent rumors, the Mass Effect Legendary Edition will not be released in March. The premiere of the collection is scheduled for May 14 this year. On the appointed day, the collection will go on sale for PC (Steam, Origin), PS4, and Xbox One.
Mass Effect Legendary Edition pre-orders have already started on all target platforms:
- Steam – 3499 rubles ;
- Origin – 3499 rubles ;
- PS4 – 4899 rubles ;
- The One the Xbox – $ 60.
As promised, Mass Effect Legendary Edition will offer single-player campaigns for all three games and over 40 add-ons (see the official website for a full list ) of varying nature.
The original Mass Effect has undergone the greatest changes: the locations in the game have been enriched with details, the combat system (aiming, cover, weapon balance) has been modernized, camera behavior has been improved, as well as squad control and Mako.
The collection announced a single launcher and character editor (with an expanded range of settings), 4K and HDR support, performance and graphics improvements (models, textures, shaders, lighting, depth of field, etc.).
Specifically on the PC, support for the 21: 9 format, DirectX 11 and an updated interface is promised, and on the consoles, there will be two graphics modes: higher resolution and increased performance.
