But it’s Geekbench
The GeForce RTX 4060 video card, the reviews of which will be published on June 28, and sales will start on June 29, finally appeared in the benchmark for the first time. And the results so far are encouraging.
GeForce RTX 4060 first lit up in the test and outperforms RTX 3060 by 17-18%
According to the benchmark results, the RTX 4060 is about 17-18% faster than the RTX 3060, which is not bad for a generation change. Recall that the RTX 4060 Ti is only 12% faster than the RTX 3060 Ti on average. The problem is that we have a Geekbench benchmark, the results of which should definitely not be distributed to games. In addition, we recall that the diagrams of Nvidia itself show an increase of 10–15%, if DLSS is not taken into account.
Going back to Geekbench, Nvidia’s new one is also 4% and 32% faster than the Radeon RX 7600 depending on the subtest. But in OpenCL, the new AMD is also noticeably slower than the RTX 3060, and in games, as we know, the RX 7600 is faster by about 15-20%.
