Gigabyte unveils GeForce RTX 3060 Ti Aorus Elite graphics card with massive cooling system
Gigabyte has prepared for the release of the GeForce RTX 3060 Ti Aorus Elite graphics accelerator, designed for installation in gaming-grade desktops.
The solution is based on the NVIDIA Ampere architecture. The configuration includes 4864 CUDA cores and 8GB of GDDR6 memory with a 256-bit bus. In reference products, the core frequency of the chip reaches 1665 MHz.
The GeForce RTX 3060 Ti Aorus Elite video card received factory overclocking: the maximum frequency is 1785 MHz. A dual-BIOS system has been implemented with the Silent mode, which provides for operation frequencies close to the reference ones.
The cooling system includes three 90mm fans, the impellers of which are surrounded by multi-color ARGB lighting rings. A reinforcing metal plate with a large slot is installed in the rear part for more efficient removal of hot air. The total length of the accelerator is 296 mm.
8- and 6-pin connectors are used for the power supply. The Aorus logo flaunts on the side of the casing. The set of interfaces includes two DisplayPort 1.4 and HDMI 2.1 connectors.
