Google has removed the official AdSense app, its banner ad service, both from the Play Store and the AppStore. The decision had already been announced about nine months ago: Google said that the UX of the web page would be improved in its place. The roadmap included the retirement of the app at the beginning of the year, so we can say that Google arrives a little late.
Even if the app can no longer be downloaded, those who had previously installed it can continue to use it normally, at least for now. Of course, Google no longer offers support and will no longer update it; within a few months, it should stop working altogether. Interested users have been notified in these hours via e-mail.
focus on the Adsense Login Website
For the moment Google has not yet transformed the mobile website into a PWA, with related advantages – primarily support for notifications even with the app closed and the possibility of offline use, at least for the functions that provide for it. However, it remains possible to add the bookmark to the web page on your Home screen, both on Android and iOS.
