For now, this feature is limited to Brazil, but let’s hope it rolls out to other markets as well.
Google has significantly expanded the functionality of its Google Wallet application (Google Wallet), designed for payments and storing a variety of financial data – from payment cards and loyalty cards to plane tickets or concert tickets. If earlier payments were available only for NFC-enabled smartphones, now there will be support for payment by QR code.

The company released the news in a string of announcements for Brazil, and for now, the QR code payment feature is limited to that region only.
Google said:
The new feature, which will be launched in the coming months, allows any Android device to make digital payments with credit and debit cards by using its camera to scan dynamic codes at payment machines.
