Google has started a new experiment on its YouTube video hosting. Some videos have special short descriptions created automatically using the artificial intelligence system.

As stated in the description of the new test feature, annotations can appear on search and browse pages. At the same time, the automatically generated “summary” does not replace, but complements the description of the video, which is created by the author of the video.
By design, such an annotation is intended to provide a brief overview of the content of the video and should help users in their decision to watch.
The experiment is conducted among a limited number of videos and users, only in English
