Harman unveils fresh home speakers under JBL and Harman / Kardon brands
Harman today hosted a massive online event showcasing products that will represent the company in the market this year. Besides professional audio equipment, headphones, and wireless speakers, home multimedia acoustics were also shown.
Among the novelties, it is worth noting the wireless speaker for home use Harman / Kardon Onyx Studio 7. The device favourably stands out with rich surround stereo sound and an exquisite body made of premium materials. The speaker is equipped with two 25 mm speakers, providing powerful sound with thick bass. If desired, users can combine two speakers into a stereo pair. Onyx Studio 7 will be available from April this year in black, blue and grey for $ 300.
Harman also unveiled the JBL Bar 5.0 MultiBeam soundbar at today’s event. The device boasts support for Virtual Dolby Atmos technology. According to the company, the soundbar is suitable for use in any living space. The device reproduces bass-rich sound, which is largely due to the four passive radiators. JBL MultiBeam technology fills any room with surround sound without the need for additional speakers.
JBL Bar 5.0 MultiBeam is compatible with all iOS and Android devices. The soundbar will go on sale in the spring for $ 400.
