The Honor V40’s screen will support a 300Hz touch layer polling rate, making it incredibly responsive
Honor, a former Huawei sub-brand that recently became independent, recently announced that the flagship smartphone Honor V40 would take place on January 18 in China.

In the meantime, Honor continues to publish teasers of the smartphone. This time, the manufacturer has confirmed that the screen of the Honor V40 will support a polling rate of the sensor layer of 300 Hz, making it incredibly responsive. Earlier it was confirmed that the smartphone is equipped with an ultra-sensitive screen that can display a billion colours.
It is expected to have a 6.72-inch OLED panel and support 120Hz refresh rate. A fingerprint scanner is built under the surface of the screen. It will be built based on the MediaTek Dimensity 1000+ single-chip system with 5G support. The smartphone will receive 8 GB of LPDDR4x RAM and 128 GB or 256 GB of UFS 2.1 flash memory. The previous image confirmed that the main image sensor has a resolution of 50MP. The Honor V40 is also expected to support 66W wired fast charging and 45W wireless charging. The device will run Android 11 operating system with its own Magic UI 4.0 user interface.
