Honor V40 Light Luxury Edition smartphone with quad camera enclosed in a 7.64 mm body
Honor has announced the V40 Light Luxury Edition smartphone featuring a 6.57-inch OLED display that folds over the sides. Official sales of the device will begin on March 26.
The novelty screen has a Full HD + resolution (2340 × 1080 pixels) and a refresh rate of 90 Hz. The center’s hole in the upper area of the panel houses the front-facing camera based on a 32-megapixel sensor.
The rear camera has a four-piece design. This is a 64-megapixel main unit, an 8-megapixel module with wide-angle optics, a 2-megapixel macro module, and a 2-megapixel depth sensor.
The smartphone is made in a 7.64 mm thick body. A MediaTek Dimensity 800U processor is used, which contains eight computing cores with a clock speed of up to 2.4 GHz, an ARM Mali-G57 MC3 graphics accelerator, and an integrated 5G modem. The amount of RAM is 8 GB.
The device is powered by a 3800 mAh battery with support for fast 66-watt charging. The Android operating system is installed with the proprietary Magic UI 4.0 user interface.
The Honor V40 Light Luxury Edition comes in 128GB, and 256GB flash drive versions. The price is 460 and 510 US dollars, respectively.
