HP E24u G4 and E27u G4 Monitors are equipped with a USB Type-C port
HP unveiled the E24u G4 and E27u G4 monitors for everyday computing at CES 2021. Sales of new products will begin next month.
The devices are equipped with a display measuring 23.8 and 27 inches, respectively. In the first case, a Full HD matrix (1920 × 1080 pixels) is used, in the second – QHD (2560 × 1440 pixels).
Monitors have a brightness of 250 cd / m 2, 1000: 1 contrast and a response time of 5 ms (GtG). The Eye Ease technology has been implemented, designed to reduce eye strain during prolonged work.
The panels have a USB Type-C port with the ability to supply up to 65 W of energy: through this connector, you can connect a laptop with a single cable. The Single Power-On function is mentioned: it allows you to turn on both the monitor and the connected laptop by pressing one button.
In addition, there are HDMI 1.4 and DisplayPort 1.2 interfaces, as well as a hub with four USB 3.2 Gen1 ports.
The E24u G4 will be available for an estimated $ 220, while the E27u G4 will cost $ 340.
