Intel Core i9-13900T tested on Geekbench

Single-threaded performance is not much worse than the Core i9-13900K

The 35-watt Core i9-13900T processor is the flagship of the energy-efficient Raptor Lake CPU lineup. It has the same 24 cores as older models like the Core i9-13900K, and tops out at a respectable 5.3GHz. But how much does TDP limiting affect CPU performanceThe first Core i9-13900T test on Geekbench answers this question
