As it became known, the size of Resident Evil Village on Sony consoles’ current generation will be 27.3 GB. It should be noted that this value does not consider the imminent patch of the first day.

For comparison: on Xbox consoles, the base version of Resident Evil Village will take up about 35 GB. Another 15 GB on Microsoft devices will have to be freed up for the online action Resident Evil Re: Verse, which comes with the game.

As for the pre-download, according to the PlayStation Game Size, it will begin two days before the release, which is standard in such cases, that is, on May 5 of this year.

AMD previously announced that the PC version of Resident Evil Village would offer ray tracing and AMD FidelityFX, AMD’s suite of image enhancement tools.

Simultaneously, for a comfortable game in Resident Evil Village with ray tracing effects enabled, you will need a Ryzen 5 1600-level processor and a video card no worse than a Radeon RX 6800 XT.

The premiere of Resident Evil Village is expected on May 7 this year on PC (Steam), PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X, and S. Capcom are confident that they are creating “the best survival horror game to date
