Leaked: Yakuza: Like a Dragon for Xbox Series X will be able to deliver fair 4K and over 60fps

Leaked: Yakuza: Like a Dragon for Xbox Series X will be able to deliver fair 4K and over 60fps

On the Microsoft digital store website, they found previously undocumented specifications of versions of the action RPG Yakuza: Like a Dragon for Xbox Series X and Xbox Series S.

According to the information on the Yakuza: Like a Dragon page in the Microsoft Store, on the upcoming Xbox consoles, the new part of the Sega crime franchise will offer full 4K resolution and support over 60 frames / s.

Both Xbox Series X and Xbox Series S are capable of up to 120fps in games. This figure does not appear in the description of Yakuza: Like a Dragon on the Microsoft store website, but this is probably what we are talking about.

In terms of resolution, the Xbox Series S was introduced as a 1440p console with potential upscaling to 4K, so the full 2160p in Yakuza: Like a Dragon is likely to be expected only for Xbox Series X buyers.

On the PlayStation 4 and Xbox One (including their more powerful versions), values above 30 frames / s and 1080p should not be expected – the game is based on the Dragon Engine, which was created with the groundwork for the next generation console.

The capabilities of Yakuza: Like a Dragon on a PC will largely depend on the power of each individual user’s computer. It is noteworthy that the recommended requirements for the new game were even lower than those of Yakuza Kiwami 2.

Yakuza: Like a Dragon will be released on November 10 on PC (Steam, Windows 10), PS4, Xbox One, Xbox Series X, and S, and will reach PS5 on March 2, 2021. Former Game Informer editor Imran Khan spoke about why this happened.
