TweetDeck may become fully paid soon
Elon Musk did not stop there and continues to rebrand the ecosystem of the former Twitter company. After renaming the company itself and the application, even going against the rules of Apple, Musk announced his next move. And it concerns the much-loved TweetDeck client.
Less Twitter, more X: Elon Musk renamed TweetDeck to XPro
On his Twitter page (now X), Elon Musk announced:
The name changes to XPro. Will come with a wide range of psy op plugins.
As is often the case, Musk did not reveal details of what these “Psychic Ops plugins” might be.
In July, many users lost access to TweetDeck. The company then announced that in a month only “verified users” would be able to access it. Twitter (now X) is expected to make XPro/TweetDeck a paid feature in the coming days.
