Microsoft has ended support for another version of the Windows 10 operating system. Yesterday the last cumulative update for Windows 10 version 1903 was released, and this version of the OS will not be updated anymore.

It is interesting that, literally, support for 1809 stopped last month. The thing is that Microsoft extended support for 1809 for six months due to the coronavirus pandemic. Therefore, the end of support for 1809 and 1903 happened almost simultaneously.
End of support for all Windows 10 1903 flavors, including Home, Pro, Pro for Workstations, Enterprise, and Education.
Microsoft is starting to force a PC upgrade from 1903 installed to version 1909, which is still supported. Windows 10 version 1903 debuted in May 2019, and Windows 10 version 1909 debuted in November 2019.
May 2021 will begin a similar automatic transition from version 1909 to 2004 – May 2020 update. The transition starts for the same reason – the termination of technical support.
