Neil Druckmann would like to work on games in the Marvel universes, Half-Life, Hotline Miami and the Ghibli films

Naughty Dog co-director and director of The Last of Us Part II, Neil Druckmann, revealed in his microblog which famous franchises he would like to work on.

It is worth noting that the names listed below do not apply to the list of current or future projects of Naughty Dog in general and Druckmann in particular, but dreaming, as they say, is not harmful.

Druckmann numbered his list of five iconic franchises. In the first place for the developer is the ” Punisher “. The Marvel anti-hero has already won his own game in 2005 from the Volition studio.

The game designer placed the Half-Life series in second place, Ghost Rider (also Marvel) in third, the Hotline Miami franchise in fourth, and Cowboy Bebop in fifth.

In the comments below, Druckmann also expressed his desire to work on games based on the animated films Princess Mononoke and (especially) Studio Ghibli‘s Kiki’s Delivery Service.

It is noteworthy that just a week ago, one of the former leaders of Naughty Dog, Bruce Straley, expressed the opinion that developers should create games under new intellectual property, not licenses.
