So, as you can see, regardless of the resolution, the Radeon RX 6700 XT sits between the GeForce RTX 3060 Ti and the RTX 3070. At the same time, as usual, everything depends on the specific game.
At 1440p as the target resolution of the video card, according to positioning, the RTX 3060 Ti lags behind the new product by 6-8%, and the RTX 3070 is ahead by 4%. That is, the difference between these three adapters is quite modest. Considering this factor, of course, it is the younger Nvidia model that is the best in terms of price-performance ratio if we are talking about recommended prices. At the same time, AMD has significantly more memory on the side of the solution, and Nvidia cards are much better at activating effects based on ray tracing. We can also note the power consumption, which is about the same for the RX 6700 XT and RTX 3070.
Another interesting point is that the RX 6700 XT is almost identical to the RTX 2080 Ti. And this is not about the top AMD card. Interestingly, just six months ago, rumors that AMD would finally be able to catch up with the flagship GeForce of the Turing generation seemed ridiculous to many.
