Nubia Z30 will be released in an unusual two-tone version and will receive 120-watt charging

Yesterday, the first renderings of the upcoming flagship smartphone Nubia Z30 appeared on the Internet. A new image of the device has been released today, showing the original two-tone design of the case.

According to a render published today by C Technology, the back and front of the Nubia Z30 may be painted in different colors on some versions. The image shows the device, the back panel of which and half of the perimeter frame are colored red. The front half of the frame is gray. Unfortunately, the smartphone’s front panel is not visible in the new render; however, judging by the image published yesterday, it will have a screen with curved edges and thin frames, under which the front camera will be hidden. It has been speculated that the Nubia Z30 could be the first smartphone to feature a sub-screen 3D ToF sensor for face identification. Recall that ZTE demonstrated such a sensor at MWC Shanghai last winter.

The new render again confirms that the upcoming flagship will receive 100x hybrid zoom. This is indicated by the inscription on the main camera block. Resource Digital Chat Station suggests that there will be an additional screen on the back of the Z30 (or one of its versions), like the Z20.

It is also worth noting that today the alleged Nubia Z30 has been certified by the Chinese regulator 3C. The device found in the database will receive 120-watt fast charging. It is assumed that the smartphone will receive a 4500- or 5050-mAh battery.
